Yasemin Avcı is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, shaping her career through strategic leadership and innovative projects. She has held key HR leadership roles at Nestlé Waters in Human Resources and Corporate Communications, THY DO & CO, Ayaydın Miroglio Group, and Alshaya in Turkey and Azerbaijan. Throughout her career, she has successfully led projects that helped organizations achieve their strategic goals while playing a pivotal role in driving sectoral transformation. Holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Avcı has contributed to the achievement of prestigious awards such as PERYÖN, Brandon Hall, and Perakende Güneşi through her innovative HR practices. In 2016, she spearheaded the introduction of the accredited Corporate Mentorship process in Turkey. She was recognized as Turkey’s Most Admired CHRO in 2021 and honored with the Golden Leader Award. As of May 2024, Avcı continues her professional journey as a partner at Ergene Consulting. She also serves as an independent board member, provides coaching and mentorship to senior executives, and leads organizational restructuring processes. Avcı holds an Adler Coaching Certificate and has completed the CRR Global ORSC Fundamentals training, as well as the “Women in Leadership” certificate program from Case Western Reserve University. She strongly believes in the critical role women play in leadership positions to drive societal transformation and actively participates in various projects aligned with this vision.
